Rates
(Check around, our rates can't be beat!)
- Summer Season and Holidays (6/01-11/06) $875/week (7 nights), $150 per night
- Winter/Spring (11/07-5/31) $750 per week, $135 per night
- Refundable deposit: $200
- Cleaning fee: $60 (required)
Policies
- For the comfort of all guests, there is no smoking permitted within the cabin.
- No pets.
- Well-behaved children are welcome. They must be supervised at all times.
- No large groups (8 individuals maximum, 6 or less preferred.)
- There is no "extra fee" per guest.
- There is a two night minimum. We reserve the right to restrict two to five day rentals at our discretion due to demand.
- Children are not allowed near the pond or in the gameroom without adult supervison.
- A 50% deposit, which consists of half of your full rental fee (not including damage deposit or cleaning fee), is required at the time of reservation. This deposit must be received within 5 business days. Upon receipt of your payment we will promptly send a receipt and welcome packet.
- The remaining 50% of your full rental fee, plus $200 refundable damage deposit, and $60 cleaning fee must be paid within 60 days of the reservation.
- If you'd like to reserve the cabin with an arrival date which is 60 days or less from the date of initial reservation, all monies are due at the time of reservation.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation policy
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, our policies are as follows:
- Cancellation prior to 90 calendar days of reservation: full refund of pre-paid deposit and cleaning fee, and full refund of all other pre-paid monies.
- Cancellation within 61 to 90 calendar days of reservation: full refund of pre-paid deposit, cleaning fee, and 1/2 refund of all other pre-paid monies.
- Cancellation within 60 calendar days of reseveration: full refund of pre-paid deposit and cleaning fee; all other pre-paid monies are forfeit.
