2010 Rate Schedule
(Check around, our rates are very competitive!)
- Weekly: $895.00
- Nightly: $160.00
- 1 week minimum stay required during the months of June through August and
October 1 through November 5.
- Please inquire about minimum stays during holiday periods.

Policies
- For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is permitted within the cabin.
- House-trained dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required. Please contact us for more information.
- Well-behaved children are welcome. They must be supervised at all times.
- No large groups (6 individuals maximum.)
- There is a two night reservation minimum. We reserve the right to restrict two to five day rentals at our discretion due to demand.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy.
Recommendations
- We strongly suggest that guests consider the option of trip insurance which will protect your vacation investment in the event of an unexpected emergency that makes you unable to follow through with your vacation. Some providers of trip insurance are:
Payment Policies
- A 50% deposit, which consists of half of your full rental fee (not including damage deposit or cleaning fee), is required at the time of reservation. This deposit must be received within 5 business days of the reservation or your reservation will be canceled! Upon receipt of your payment we will promptly send a receipt and welcome packet, which contains driving directions, pictures, cabin details, and local information.
- The remaining 50% of your full rental fee, plus $200 refundable damage deposit, and $65 cleaning fee must be paid within 60 days of the reservation.
- If you'd like to reserve the cabin with an arrival date which is 60 days or less from the date of initial reservation, all monies are due at the time of reservation.
- Personal or business checks are welcome. For reservations within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a cashier's check or money order is required. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
- Late departures or early arrivals without express prior approval will be subject to a $75 fee or charged for an additional day's stay at the owner's discretion.
