Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all our friends!

It has been a wonderful year in Lake Lure. We were quite disappointed that we were not able to make it up the area during what we thought would be the peak of leaf season (the last week in October.) We were quite surprised, however, when we traveled up in mid-November to find there was still spectacular fall color! Here’s a view from the deck of Silver Tree Cabin. It was just breath-taking!

In celebration of another great year, we are offering reduced rates during January 1 through March 15. We are offering 10% off our regular rates for all guests. In appreciation to our repeat guests we are offering an additional discount. You will enjoy a nightly rate of $125 if you have stayed with us in the past at either cabin.

If you are a North Carolina resident, this is a great time to visit Biltomore Estate, as well. During this timeframe, Biltmore is offering ˝ price tickets to North Carolina residents, Ingles Advantage Club Members and Season Ticket Holders.

Since the cabins are only 1 ˝ hrs from the slopes, you may want to take in a day of skiing at Sugar Mountain. We’re happy to give you directions and information for the nearest slopes.

Or for those just looking for a quiet retreat, why not just spend a peaceful weekend in front of a cozy fire with someone you love? The serene nature of Cabin in Hidden Hills and Silver Tree Cabin are the perfect retreat to rejuvenate after the crazy hustle and bustle of the holidays.
